Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All tags must still be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Hygiene & Condition Policy
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear or swimwear (unless faulty)
- Items with makeup, stains, perfume, or deodorant marks
- Worn or damaged items caused by the customer
3. Exchanges (Sizing Issues 👗)
We understand sizing can be tricky!
- We offer exchanges for a different size (subject to stock availability)
- If your size is unavailable, you can choose:
- Store credit
- Refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Wrong product
We will:
- Offer a full refund or replacement
- Cover return shipping costs
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked service (we are not responsible for lost returns)

8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this, your order may already be processed

- Items must still be returned in original condition
- Refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods
