1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Hygiene & Condition Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear or swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Items with makeup, stains, perfume, or deodorant marks
  • Worn or damaged items caused by the customer

3. Exchanges (Sizing Issues 👗)

We understand sizing can be tricky!

  • We offer exchanges for a different size (subject to stock availability)
  • If your size is unavailable, you can choose:
    • Store credit
    • Refund

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product

We will:

  • Offer a full refund or replacement
  • Cover return shipping costs

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service (we are not responsible for lost returns)

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After this, your order may already be processed

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period for online orders
  • Items must still be returned in original condition
  • Refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods
